3.02 ct Octagonal Cut Diamond Engagement Ring
The Cherry 3.02 ring is a VB original design made right here in NYC using an authentically antique diamond. The ring centers a GIA certified 3.02-carat Octagonal cut diamond of I color, SI1 clarity. The stone is set in an 8-prong 18 karat yellow gold setting with two old mine cut diamonds set into each shoulder. The ring is currently size 5.75 and can be resized!
Why We Love It
This stone is quite the rarity. A Georgian Era diamond that is octagonal and just gorgeous. It has this beautiful flatness to it that creates a gorgeous shimmer and sparkle that is different from most other diamonds and creates a larger face up appearance. We put it in one of our favorite settings: the Cherry ring which is perfect for highlighting a gorgeous center stone with cute little antique diamonds keeping the vintage feel on the shoulders.
